RV Learning Center Presenting a Series of Informational Web Seminars

Today’s market conditions dictate that dealers provide the highest level of quality across all
aspects of their businesses. By training your staff and having them achieve certification, you
are making a statement to the marketplace that your employees are the very best and represent the
highest quality of professionalism. Certified staff help improve customer satisfaction through improved
service, higher productivity and greater self-sufficiency. Certifying employees is one of the key
recommendations of the Committee on Excellence Task Force Report to improve overall customer satisfaction
and loyalty within the RV industry.

The RV Learning Center invites you to learn about training and certification preparation for technicians,
warranty administrators, and service writer/advisors through a series of web seminars. The informative
seminar series culminates with the RV Professional Certification Week March 9-13, 2009.

About the Presenter:
Tony Yerman has more than 30 years of experience in servicing and repairing recreational vehicles.  Tony is an RVDA-RVIA Master Certified RV technician, a certified service manager, and a certified parts specialist.  He is a frequent contributor to RV Executive Today and RV Technician magazines.
