Informational Web Seminars
Today’s market conditions dictate that dealers

The RV Learning Center invites you to learn about
training and certification preparation for technicians,
warranty administrators, and service writer/advisors through a series of
web seminars. The informative
seminar series culminates with the RV Professional Certification Week
March 9-13, 2009.
About the Presenter:
Tony Yerman has more than 30 years of experience in servicing and
repairing recreational vehicles. Tony is an RVDA-RVIA Master
Certified RV technician, a certified service manager, and a certified
parts specialist. He is a frequent contributor to RV Executive Today and RV Technician magazines.
