Coach, consultant, author, and business executive,
Michael Duke, will help dealers get ready for the recovery and coach
their teams to legendary service during a special workshop Monday,
November 30 in Louisville, KY. Dealerships with exceptional
customer satisfaction will have a big competitive advantage in the new
economy. In this workshop, dealers can discover how to motivate teams
and lead like a coach. When managers “coach to goals,” they
can realize the value each employee brings to work each day.
“Michael Duke is a great choice for
this year’s workshop, because dealers are saying they are starting
to feel an end to the current down swing in the market,” said RVDA
Education Foundation Chairman, Rick Horsey of Parkview RV Center in
Smyrna, DE. “His message of building a culture of service
will help dealers continue to rise to the challenges they will face as
the RV industry recovers.”
Michael Duke is a business executive, author, educator,
entrepreneur, minister, sales professional, and coach. His
core belief is that at the center of all success is the realization that
people are our greatest asset. Duke’s maxim is simple, yet
powerful: value, challenge, and empower people, and businesses will
prosper.
