The RV Learning Center's pre-assessments or readiness
tests help your staff assess their job knowledge
and preparedness for an RV Learning Center certification.
Each automated test takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. The
employee learns their score immediately upon completing the
test. The score is an indicator of their overall job
knowledge, ability, and skills. During a follow-up consultation your
employee will receive details about any knowledge gaps. If they
score well, they are good candidates for an RV Learning Center
certification. Learn more about certification programs for service
department personnel, including warranty administrators here. Information about certification programs for
parts department personnel is available here.
People who know their jobs make more money for the
company and themselves. Testing is the best way to find out how much
they do know. If that makes sense to you and knowledge is important to
you, encourage your team to take the readiness test that is appropriate
for their position.
