The 10th Edition of the RV Learning Center’s Service Management
Guide is now available. The guide offers more than 100 pages of
average work unit times for the most basic service functions performed
by RV technicians.
The new edition includes extensive updates and additions provided by
dealers, service managers, and technicians as well as all new Service
Check Sheets that provide a valuable reference for service managers and
technicians. The guide, also known as a flat rate manual, is also
an ideal tool for the service department when working with extended
service agreement companies.
