The Service Management Guide (SMG), is developed by dealers, service managers, and technicians to provide average work unit times for basic service functions performed by competent RV technicians. Released in September 2009, the 10th Edition includes more than 400 time changes and additions from the previous edition.  Also known as the flat rate manual, the SMG also offers procedures and times for tow packages, slide outs, with revised sections on wiring, electrical, structures, exteriors, and interiors.
