The Service Management Guide is developed by dealers, service managers, and technicians to provide average work unit times for basic service functions performed by competent RV technicians. The new 10th Edition includes more than 400 time changes and additions from the previous edition.  The guide also features procedures and times for tow packages, slide outs, with revised sections on wiring, electrical, structures, exteriors, and interiors.
